With the weather finally warming up and allergy season coming to an end, we’re approaching one of the best times of the year to truly get a hold of your health. We believe these five summer wellness trends are more than passing phases—they can truly work wonders for you!

5 Summer Wellness Trends that are Here to Stay

1. Dry Brushing

Elements of Rockville Centre has been on the dry brushing bandwagon for quite some time (check out this blog we wrote a while back). It’s incredible for your skin, and even promote lymphatic drainage.

One of the top benefits the way it exfoliates. In the summertime, if you exfoliate too hard, you can actually become more sensitive to the sun. Gentle dry brushing a few times per week will lightly exfoliate your skin, keeping the dead skin off without making you burn as soon as you step outside.
